What will I get?
We'll research and register a domain name for you if you don't already have one. We'll scan and
digitize any logos or drawings you may already have for use on your website. We'll create an entirely
new logo if that's what you need. We'll work with you on the design and function of your website until you are satisfied.
Our basic website package costs $300 and includes a Home Page, Homes For Sale, Land For Sale and
Contact Us pages. Additional pages can be added and generally cost $100 each. Please visit

How will my website get updated?
Motherlodeweb provides fast and reliable website updates. Each new listing cost $45 and includes
adding, updating and finally deleting the listing once it has sold. Please visit our page on
website maintenance.
Are there any other costs?
Yes, there will be annual costs associated with having a website. There is a yearly fee for your domain
name registration and a yearly fee for your website hosting. The domain name generally costs $35.00
per year. The actual costs depends on how many years you pay for at a time. Motherlodeweb
will host your website at a cost of $99.95 per year. We'll bill you once a year for these annual maintenance
fees.
