So, give us a try - you've got nothing to lose. What Is A Virtual Tour? A virtual tour is a 360° panning view of a scene. It can be outdoors or indoors in relatively close spaces. Nothing can give you the sense of 'being there' like a virtual tour. Motherlodeweb uses a wide view lens and digital camera to capture a natural eye's view of the scene. Please visit our full size sample virtual tour page. How Much Does It Cost? Virtual tours cost $55.00 per listing and include up to 5 tours. Extra tours at the same location are $15.00. each. Tours can be uploaded to Realtor.com for free for MLS Showcase agents. There is a virtual tour upload fee of $20.00 per listing for non MLS Showcase agents. How Do I Get A Virtual Tour? It's easy. Just contact us by sending email to or call 530.676.2465 to set an appointment. Our photographer will meet you at the property and shoot as many tours and photos as you like. The tours will be processed and delivered usually by the following day. What Do I Get? If you already have a page format you're comfortable with for virtual tours, we can work with what you have. If you don't, we'll create a custom web page for you that displays all the tours along with your photo, contact information and your logo (not ours) prominently displayed at the top of the page. You can then send that link to your potential clients or use it on your own website. The virtual tours are also be uploaded to Realtor.com. Tours are normally sized to 480x360 pixels. Other sizes are available by request. How Do Virtual Tours Work With Realtor.com? As a Realtor.com Picture Path Provider, Motherlodeweb is authorized to upload virtual tours to their website. An MLS number is required to upload to Realtor.com. Once the tour is uploaded, you get the spinning red house virtual tour link displayed on your Realtor.com property listing page.
